Baruch specializes in various types of contracts and agreements, including IP and technology, labor and services, corporate, property and joint ventures. He served as legal counsel to investors, venture funds and companies at all stages of their life-cycles.

 

Served in various international business and economic positions such as Business Consultant in Eastern Europe and Director of Special Projects for the Consulate General of Israel to New England, acquiring unique multi-disciplinary experience in legal and business aspects of global and corporate trade.
