The Rhode Island-Israel Collaborative (RIIC), a non-profit, 501(c)(6) organization that promotes business, academia and research between Israel and Rhode Island has announced that David Hirsch has been elected to the Board of Directors. David is a partner at Hinckley Allen, focusing on general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and securities law. He represents companies in all stages of business, including emerging and developing companies, established private middle-market companies, and publicly held companies. David advises clients on a variety of matters, ranging from everyday corporate governance and operational matters to strategic expansion and sophisticated financing. David also serves as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel and bank counsel on tax-exempt financing transactions, including debt issuance to support 501(c)(3) organizations, such as colleges and universities, secondary schools, health care systems and other charitable organizations.
