Jeff is one of the founders/board members of the organization formed in June 2017 and is a key partner in the success of the organization.
Jeffrey Brier is the president of the insurance and employee benefits agency, Brier & Brier, located in Providence, Rhode Island. He founded the firm in 1985 with his father, Milton Brier. While serving as the board chair of The Miriam Hospital, Mr. Brier was instrumental in establishing a professional exchange program with Emek Medical Center in Afula, Israel, where he and his wife Jessica also established the Jessica and Jeffrey Brier Nursing and Medical Research Fund, which annually rewards researchers at the hospital. They continue to actively participate in this program and often travel to Israel.
“I am very pleased that Jeff accepted becoming Vice President of our organization. His vast experience with Israeli institutions such as HaEmek Hospital and his leadership skills will assist in the continued growth and outreach of our organization in building ties between Israel and Rhode Island.” Avi Nevel, Founder, CEO and president.
